On March 24, 2020, Governor Jay Inslee issued proclamation 20-28, modifying how public agencies comply with the Open Public Meeting Act and the Public Records Act. In response, Benton County Fire District No. 2 is making temporary changes to how these public processes are conducted until the requirements expire, currently April 23, 2020.
The Fire Commissioners' will meet Virtually when necessary. Public viewing of all Board meetings will be conducted VIRTUALLY as well. The meeting will be viewable thru the Zoom Cloud Meeting App.
You can view or listen to the virtual meeting live on your personal cellular devices or computer. The meeting is on the Zoom Cloud Meeting app.

Please send an email to District Secretary no later than 5:00 PM Friday before Monday meetings. Any submissions received after the deadline may not be read during the meeting but will be included as part of the record.
